Text Box: Port Townsend
Interactions: Art and Art

Joseph F. Wheeler Theater, Fort Worden
Performed October 27, 2006
Text Box: After art submissions had been juried for the Art Port Townsend art exhibition, performing artists--including dancers, poets, musicians and actors--were invited to review the selected works and choose pieces to which they would develop a "response" in their own artistic medium.  Their intention was to "honor, engage and interact" with the chosen work of art.
One of the works selected was Don Haggerty's "Study in Turquoise and Pink".  The results were performed for a packed auditorium on October 27, 2006 at the Joseph F. Wheeler Theater in Port Townsend.  In all, twenty three separate performances were delivered during this amazing program.
